Hyperli mystery deal is a ****

In April 2024, Hyperli advertised a mystery box with two options: standard and premium. Both had different prizes.In addition, it stated that delivery would take 7-14 days. Almost two and a half months later, I received my prize and it was a cheap Shein watch that was not on the prize list, and it wasn't worth more than 50 rand. Hyperli **** and sent everyone the same item. They have received so many complaints on their Facebook page, but do not want to address the issue. They ****med their customers.
