Hyperli Mystery Deal **** Alert!!!!

I bought 2 mystery deals from Hyperli in November, I only received the items on the 15 of January. I was very excited as the deal is you can anticipate receiving any of the items listed on the website which are mainly tech items.

I was hugely disappointed when I opened the package only to find a useless hand warmer that doesn't work and some archaic earphones that are unusable. The items I received are not on the list of the items listed on the website. Same thing happened to my friend; he received a bluetooth transmitter which is absolutely useless in 2025.

According to their policy we cannot return the items or get a refund so my only recourse is the ombudsman. I came you to raise awareness as I'm sure they have been profiting from this **** for a long time.

Hyperli is running a huge ****, these items aren't worth R20 combined yet I spent R500 hoping to receive any one of the items listed on the site.
