Hyperli: Misleading Deals and Near-Impossible Refunds

I bought two vouchers from Hyperli.com for Pamansky Spa: one for a one-night stay with a spa treatment and another for a one-night stay only. What was advertised online looked nothing like reality. The property was rundown and filthy. I cancelled immediately.

Hyperli only refunded one voucher and refused to refund the voucher that included the spa treatment. I’ve been chasing this since December 2025. On 16 January 2026, Nuraan S issued a R999 gift voucher, but since then Hyperli has completely gone silent despite multiple follow-ups.

There is no phone number, no accountability, and email support is useless. Getting a refund from Hyperli is an exhausting and one-sided process.
