Hyperli ****ming me with an incomplete delivery

I always purchase spa vouchers and it is easy because I can print the vouchers. On the 14th June, I purchased some items that were on sale. There was no communication on when I should expect delivery.

I started panicking 2 weeks later and was informed since it us international products, they take a maximum of 15 days. On day 14 I followed up again, only to get a rude response.

My items were delivered today, the4th July and I received only 2 out of the 5 items I ordered and paid for. There is no explanation, do I take this as a *******? Was I ****med?
