Hyperli is not responsive!

Placed an order on Hyperli about 3 weeks ago. They have a supposed delivery turnaround time of about 7 days. Made numerous follows ups on email as no direct number is provided for queries or concerns. The response to each and every follow up on email was that I would receive my a response within 24-48 hours. No responses were forthcoming even after receiving a number of these automated emails. Only after threatening to cancel did I eventually receive a response from a Nureen who promised that goods would be delivered within the next day. Goods were still not received the next day. Terribly disappointed as the goods are urgently required. Still no responses to emails.
