Hyperli is not honoring refunds
I purchase a couples spa treatment through Hyperli. The merchant is situated in Somerset West, Cape Town using both the name Mai Time and Body and Soul. However, this merchant took our Hyperli code and marked it as redeemed, without honoring the agreement.
We have evidence of this as screenshots taken of correspondence between the merchant and ourselves. Hyperli has taken a week now without acting on it or giving any indication of progress on this matter.
Hyperli does not even have any view on their web page, to even see if one's refund is logged.
So as it is, it feels like Hyperli is neglecting its duties in facilitating refunds.

But it's fine.
I just hope this doesn't become a regular issue.
It should not take complaining on Hellopeter to get somewhere.
It would be advisable that you add a refunds section on your webpage like Takealot has, to avoid these issues.
Also, your emails stated that one could contact Hyperli quicker by messaging on the online chat.
However, I could not find the functionality on your webpage either.
If it is hidden somewhere there, then maybe make it more visible, please?
