Hyperli is ***** company with no customer service.

Terrible customer service. These are *******

On 24th July 2025, I made a purchase of the weekend stay on Hyperli website, I chose Payflex as a method of payment. After paying I enquired with the host of the accomodation and was advised that the accommodation only takes 2 people then I sent an email to Hyperli to cancel also told the accomodation host.

I was already charged R4999 by Payflex for this accomodation. The order number on Hyperli website is 660950. I wish for Hyperli to cancel this order so that I can get my money paid to be refunded as I did not use the accomodation.
