Hyperli is a *****ulent business

Hyperli is a *****ulent company. I bought a half day spa package including a meal. However contact details include in the voucher do not work and the telephone does not work either.

When I reached out to Hyperli telling them that the contact details provided on the voucher do not work, they did not help me. When I demnaded my refund due to a non-existent Spa on the voucher I was not refunded.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable and I demand my refund. After this I am going to escalate this to the National Consumer Commission. Hyperli is a *****ulent business!
