Hyperli is a ****!

hyperli does not have direct contact numbers where you can call them in cases where you encounter problems on their website. they only have a contact form that you fill and they dont even attend to it. i made a payment on their website on the 23rd february 2023 and the money went out of my account but my phone froze before i could get to the step where a voucher is issued. i have been trying to also contact them on facebook but there is no response on ALL platforms!
