Hyperli is a ****. Debited my account and no vouchers. No reply after 48.hours. Dont trust this website!!!!

I paid for a spa and food voucher on Hyperli on Monday. Today is Friday and still no voucher yet the money was debited from my account. I emailed them and got an autoreply to say someone will respond in 48 hours but once again, its Friday and longer than 48 hours and still no communication. Dont trust Hyperli, its a ****. I want my money back !!!!! Im going to put this on FB and instagram.
