Hyperli is a ****

On 31st December I bought a couples massage with a refund voucher of a previous order that I made but the company never was not available the day as arranged. On 2nd January I started phoning and emailing the new company that I wanted to go to for the couples massage but the phone nr was not available. I phoned numerous times during the day and days to follow but the nr was never available, I even emailed them but they never got back to me on 4 January I emailed Hyperli support complaing about what is going on but they rep**** they will get back to me in 48 working hours but till today still no feedback. In this past week I requested a refund but again no reply. Hyperli became a ****. Rhat takes your money but you don't get anything for it.
