Hyperli I want my soundbar

I purchased a soundbar on the 28 November 2022. Received one email telling me delivery will be within 10 day. It's now the 7th of January 2023. I went on their Instagram. A ganeefa rep**** and said she has sent an email. Nothing after that.thia place has no contact number. No email.
