HYPERLI HAS NOT REFUNDED ME AS YET!

NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME AS YET IN RESPECTS OF MY REFUND.

Good day , I have tried making contact for the past week, no one has gotten back to me. Please could you let me know if the refund has been processed to payflex as they did not receive any update! Attached is the order number. Hena Rubykisoon Hyperli voucher #**********31 4953 I had requested a refund and I was told it will reflect in 48 hours, it's been a week with no update! I'm avaliable via email. I would not take it lightly if my credit score degrades! That would be a legal matter!!!!!
