Hyperli faulty products a nightmare refund

I purschased vacuum cleaner from hyperli than got refunded with a voucher now the tv box I bought also faulty I'm waiting for them to collect for a month now no reply nothing I am so furious pls just give me a refund I dont want anything from hyperli anymore
