HYPERLI - DON'T USE THEM - THEY LIKE TO ***** YOUR MONEY

My family wanted to spoil me and send me for a massage at a spa off Hyperli. I took the day off to be spoilt. Well that was not a good idea. Upon arrival at this so called spa it looked like it was being held up by gum. Inside you were told to go to the 2nd door, upon opening the door there were 2 unprofessional looking ladies an a room that you could not swing a cat in, and the hygiene was much to be desired. I walked out. When I arrived home I sent an email to them. That same night we sent a cancellation on the voucher. On the 1st of November I received an email stating that the voucher was redeemed on the 31st of the month. How convenient. To me this company ****S people for their money.
