Hyperli does not Value their customers

I am very appalled and shocked that this business takes the money and vendor did not honour the promise and now they refusing me give me my amount of R576.00 excluding the 15% vat, I used Payflex, i must pay for something that I did not receive, the honourable thing is to refund the customer in full and the deal was not honoured and I am not prepared to take a gift voucher the trust between Hyperli and the customer has clearly been broken and I require a full refund
