Hyperli Disgusting Service feels like they are running a ****!!!

Placed an order on the 21st of March 23 more than a month later now the 24th of April no order received and no answers to where my order is. Hyperli phone number does not work, no one answers email queries only once I posted on facebook did someone reach out and almost a week later still no answer to when I will receive my order from Hyperli or Pargo. Disgusting customer service and it feels like I am being ****med!!!!
