Hyperli Disgusting Service

I have not received my order which is now outstanding for more than 23 days. It is impossible to get any confirmation on when or if I will receive it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift that I thought I would receive way before Christmas. I will NOT order from this company as their service is terrible to say the least! Wish I had read the reviews and stayed away...
