Hyperli - beware of poor service on their specials

I bought voucher for a massage from Hyperli as a gift for a friend. What an embarrassing situation. The spa has shocking reviews and are most unhelpful when you try to make a booking. Hyperli has a policy that you can't get a refund after 30 days. They are still running the promotion in spite of the poor reviews for the spa. I will never buy anything from Hyperli again.
