Hyperli BAD customer service

I placed an order on the 10th July and today is the 27th July and I still do not have my order! Hyperli say it is with the courier company, I just called Internet Express to track my order and according to Internet Express Hyperli has not given my order items over to Internet Express in order for them to be delivered, therefore I am unable to track anything.

I emailed Hyperli and they just stop replying to my emails and there is NO CONTACT number to speak to anyone to assist! I still have no idea what is happening with my order!
