Hyperli bad assistance

I bought a voucher on hyperli in December unable to get ahold of the business with multiple appointments cancelled and rescheduled and whatsapps ,phone calls and emails to the business I have attempted to reach out to hyperli for a refund or some kind of help but they have not contacted me or responded to my emails after various attempts

Any one have suggestions
