Hyperli and WildX Refund

I made a booking in September for Quad biking and Paragliding in Cape Town through hyperli. When we got to the dunes we were told that WildX does not have a permit to be there and we requested that they refund us. They indicated that we should request the refund from hyperli since we booked with them. For paragliding the person that we were communicating with did not assist at all, they kept postponing saying the weather was not good for flying. Since it was a vacation and we were to go back to East London we requested a refund and they also referred us to hyperli. We do not have a way forward, I have been communicating with these people and they are not responding, we cant be losing close to R8000 in this economy.
