Hyperli A54 phone doesn't last even a year-blady ****mers

In November 2023 during Black Friday i bought a Samsung A54, which was the worst mistake ever. After a month or so i noticed i couldn't hear someone when i'd be on a WA video call. I thought it was a network problem as it would sometime happen and sometimes not. Now in October 2024 the phone dies completley and is stuck in the samsung start up screen. Thinking this is a quick solve, i take the phone to the Vodacom across my house. I'm given an R8400 quote for the phone i bought for R7500. I obviously declined and email Hyperli. Some silly support person named Chanell replies with a one line saying "6 month warrany". I'm so frustrated at their customer service and also how i wasted R7500 for a phone that was probably second hand that couldn't even last a year. Hyperli is a ****. Don't waster your money. They don't give a damn about the customer once they get your money.
