I bought a mystery surprise gift from Hyperli for woman's month. They listed all kinds of possible nice gifts one could get. I paid R249 plus delivery of R69 (total R318). I was sent an item that you can buy off Shein, for R5. I cannot believe that they are able to conduct business in this way. I requested a refund and they refused to refund me. They advised that the item is non-refundable. Where is my consumer right to return items for a full refund? And the right to fair pricing and bait marketing. Hyperli breached all of these consumer rights. I totally would not recommend them to anybody. I have already told members of my family and friends, not to buy from them. This matter will reach the consumer council as I am nt going to lose money to ***** companies. I can only assume that Groupon SA closed down due to similar practices. I believe that Hyperli will also head in the same direction.as their management is linked. Where in this day and age does a company take 2 weeks to respond to an email? HYPERLI IS A RIP-OFF. STAY AWAY PLEASE.
