Hyperli 48-Hour Response Time? Still Waiting After 6 Days

Very disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order on 7 August 2026 and contacted customer service via email and their ticketing platform to enquire about the delivery status. Their stated turnaround time is 48 hours, yet it has now been 6 days, and I have received no feedback or response.
