EXTREMLY UNHAPPY, It's now been 16 Working days still no package, no communication until I query and then you want to tell customers its stuck at customs, every time I query you have a different excuse, you advertise and promise of being kept up to date. I do not recommend using Hyperli to purchase any items. Rather use Shein or Temu as they keep to their promises and update tracking regularly. I still don't even have a tracking no for my parcel. I think you guys should update your delivery policy. My order was placed on 05/02/2024 and today is 27/02/2024 WOW PATHETIC.
