Horrible service

This is not fair one I paid for a place when i did reviews day after i asked for a refund. They then gave me a gift voucher ti buy from the when i requested for my money i had to use the voucher forcefully and i told them i had already bought something on daddys deals. I had to buy vouchers ok short story i bought new vourchers boom I can't seem to print because they are updating their app and i have already booked with the merchants no contacts nothing
