Horrible service

I have ordered 2 coats, size medium on April 11, 2024, I only received it on 05 June 2024. Below are the items I ordered, stay away from them.

1. Women's Loose Woolen Coatblack / M

2. Women's Loose Woolen Coatgules / M

Both these items are too mall, it is written size 2 on the tag which I don't know if its medium, the material is cheap, more like a sweater, it is not the same as in pictures. The quality is really horrible, it's nothing compared to a coat. I am disappointed after waiting for such a long time to receive this nonsense.

Ever since I received my order I have been sending emails to request for return and refund but nobody is responding to my query. I have also done the online ticket query thing but still no luck.
