Horrible online shopping and useless(non existing) help centre

Horrible online shopping experience and useless(non existing) help centre. ORDER #690845 We bought items on the 26th of November 2025, and our order was confirmed successfully. On the 1st of December 2025, they sent an email that our order is still in progress. On the 27th of December we received an email with a link to review the order which is expired. I already logged 2 tickets for someone to call me to update me with the progress of my order or refund me but no one has contacted me since. You can't send an email , you can't call them, only their website "help/contact us", where you fill a form with all your details and still no response. Can someone please contact me...
