Horrible online purchase experience

I had purchased a voucher for photshot, normally when I purchase I'll get a voucher via email but this time around just after payment when the system redirected me back to the website, feedback was that they will inform me when voucher is available. I waited for over 2weeks hoping I'll get the voucher but when I realized that they were not saying anything via email I went back to their website as it has complaints section. I send them a msg and proof of payment explaining to them that either they cancel or give me a voucher, I received an automated msg acknowledging my msg and they also indicated that they respond within 48hrs. Today it's the 5th day since I've complaint to request cancelation or voucher and I have not received anything nor got a respond. After my refund I'll never trade with them because they can't just keep my money with rendering a service
