HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT HIPERLY

I have purchased a getaway voucher 2 weeks ago for my wedding anniversary which is on the 16.12.2022 ,Unfortunately when i call the lodge they told me they are fully booked so i sent Hiperly a message within 7 days to transfer the fund to another lodge as they are not fully booked ,Two messages has been sent already and still not response. Its the first time i buy from them and you know what they say about first impression .No more doing business with them. Its a pity i checked their reviews after i have made a purchased. my very well plans have been shuttered because of your *********** ,Groupon was the best
