Horrible customer service

Having used Hyperli for vouchers with no issues in the past, I am very disappointed this time around. I purchased a voucher, paid for it, money left my account and I have not received anything. Instead, it says payment pending on the app. I've tried to reach out to them, and I have not received any response in over a week. The vouchers are good, just pray you don't run into issues and require assistance from customer service. Personally, i will not be buying from them ever again.
