Bought a voucher last month and when I tried to redeem the voucher the code didn’t exist. I then asked for a cash refund as I wanted to buy something similar. It’s 17days now that I’m waiting for my refund since I was promised a refund on the 6th of Feb. The Sphesihle person behind the support emails have blatantly ignored my emails and keeps lying.
