I have made a number of purchases through Hyperli and the thing that struck me was their quick turnaround time. I would place an order and within four days I would receive the item(s).

There was only one instance when I had to returned an item I purchased. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ganeefa who works in the Customer Support team. Ganeefa was very professional and friendly and followed up with me regularly until my matter was resolved.
