Frustrated and disappointed customer

I bought 2 coats on the 23.05.2024, they confirmed my order and said it was being packed 🙃 its been 15 working days, I sent an email to their support section to advice I have not received my package and no communication after the packaging stage.

They ignored me and they are still ignoring me. How do I get my refund from this company.
