First order, last order ever!

Hyperli offered office chairs at seemed to be a great price. I ordered two. delivery was good but the quality was terrible. Within the first day, one of the chairs wheels backrest broke as well as one of the wheels. I reported it by *** immediately and requested a refund, as replacement was certainly not desired. They responded immediately asked for more details 4 days later, which was supp****. Since then we have heard nothing and all *** are ignored. First time we ordered form them and the last time we will do so.
