Faulty patio furniture!

I purchased an outdoor patio lounge set, this was advertised as 'high quality PE rattan that will last year after year'. Less than 1 year later the rattan had started to split, I thought we had maybe done something to damage it, then it just started to get worse and worse, it is literally falling apart. Contacted Hyper who said they only give a 6 month guarantee and I should contact supplier (who have actually closed down). I paid Hyperli and they marketed and sold the product!!!
