False Delivery time promises

Should be more truthful regarding delivery times - After many complaints about this from other customers, still not changed on website. 5-10 Working days is what you advertise and promise of being kept up to date. I have had to follow up on day 13 (Working days) and still no proper update on where my order is currently. I do not recommend using Hyperli to purchase items.

I think you guys should update your delivery policy, as well as be better at keeping Customers up to date with deliveries.
