False advertising- Poor Contact Info
I purchased a spa package on hyperli they boast that the spa has great treatments and the deal which I purchased is valued at R3860. Upon arrival at the merchant I discovered that my "spa" was a small dark back room at the merchants house. This is unprofessional on hyperli's part as they advertised for a lovely spa deal. Furthermore once finding out that the luxury spa is actually not I tried numerous times to get hyperli to contact me but they failed to call me back. I want my full refund and will never purchase from hyperli again. How can we as customers trust the website if they falsely advertise? I would not even visit that so called spa even if it was a freebee. Does the hyperli marketing team even go out and see these places that they just randomly advertise for? Closer inspection must be taken as it is not fair for us witness such unprofessional work. I wouldn't suggest anyone I know purchase a deal like this again. More methods will be used to spread this unsatisfactory use of media to customers and word of mouth is a powerful tool hyperli staff. This has caused a major upset and a really big inconvenience to my day...
