False advertising

Yesterday on the 3rd of October 2021 My husband decided to book a massage for the two of us since my birthday is next week Monday the 11th he wanted to go on the weekend of the 9th and 10th. We checked online and saw that Hyperli had a special on the Mangwanani half day spa for two while trying to purchase we found that it was impossible without having an account with them so i added the item to my wishlist to go back and checkout once my account was activated. Once I did and tried to add the item to my cart it kept giving me an error, today 4th of October 2021 I spoke to someone who was not much of help the person said that it's because the item is no longer available I cannot check it out, my question was why would it be available to look at and not purchase what is the point of this? To **** people or get them to open an account so your business stay open? Because the last time I checked this was misleading and should be reported!!! Since I only registered an account to buy that item and now cannot what is the point of all this nonsense.

Hi Tiffany,

As explained to you yesterday, the fact that you were not able to add the deal to your cart was not because you did not have a Hyperli account, it was purely because the deal was no longer available. Customers are able to 'add to cart' whether they have an account or not, and the fact that you could not add the deal to your cart, means that the deal was not available to be purchased.

Adding a deal to your wishlist, and adding a deal to your cart for purchase is completely different.
We have also mentioned that the deal you are interested in purchasing was removed from our platform in April 2021, which is why is it could not been available for purchase on 3 October. We have provided an alternative deal which is currently available.

Regards,

Hyperli
