where is my order ??
I placed this order on the 3rd Aug . It's now the 16th Aug. The only communication i got was on the 3rd Aug saying We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
It's been 12 days without any feedback or confirmation or tracking number ????? I emailed multiple times and no response????? This is my first and worst experience with them ! Is this a **** ??? .
