Extremely Disappointed – Unresponsive Service and No Voucher Received

I am utterly disappointed and heartbroken with Hyperli. I purchased a getaway voucher, excited to go on a trip with my family, but I have yet to receive the voucher. Despite repeatedly emailing them, I have received no response, and my travel dates are fast approaching. I even contacted Ozow, who confirmed that Hyperli received the payment, but I have heard nothing from them.

It feels as though I have been ****med, as they do not respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or anything else. To make matters worse, the contact number listed on their website is incorrect. I am truly shattered and deeply disappointed with their lack of communication and service. I should have checked the reviews before making a purchase.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid making any purchases from them.
