Excellent service from Staff

Our TV arrived broken, I wrote to them but thought that they may say we broke it. But Monique was very professional and helpful! She calmed me down and assured me that she would sort this issue out for me. I wrote to her on 12 Feb, and on 13 Feb I received a response saying that the couriers would collect it with in 3 days and she sent detailed information on how to print the label. On the 15th it was collected. She then informed me that she would request a replacement TV. Today our new TV arrived. We are thankful for all she did to assist us.
