Excellent & efficient!

A vendor on their site refused to assist us when we want to redeem the voucher we had purchased. The vendor was very unprofessional and rude, I had evidence of this and emailed it to Hyperli this morning.

By this afternoon Michail had given me a call, he was well-spoken, well-mannered, helpful and very understanding. He assured me that he would contact the vendor regarding her unnecessary behaviour, and he has issued me a gift card to the value of my previous purchase, which I can use for whatever I would like on Hyperli.

I will definitely continue to support Hyperli in future. Good customer service is what keeps me coming back for more!
