Empty promises

Hyperli advertise their products and promise a 5 to 10 working day delivery policy. I ordered on the 30th of Dec and excl the holidays I wait now 14 working days for my delivery. Now suddenly they wait for the stock to be imported from somewhere, but the website show nowhere that some products need to be import. According to the website they are based in CapeTown? Will definitely not recommend Hyperli for any products. At this stage I even think it is a ****.
