Earth Adventures River rafting

We bought Hyperli tickets and this was our 3d experience on the water. This time around we had the worst experience. We were a group of 11 people that bought Hyperli vouchers. When we arrived at the river our kids had to share boats with us yet they were d enough to do this by themselves. And we asked permision. The day was about waitng for other people from another company to come past. We did not enjoy it at all. Two of the guys eventually told us that we will also be making use of bigger rafts going down yet this was a big lie and got all the kids excited for nothing. I asked why the pick up point changed and was told the water is very low yet another company came from a different route and where we got off they still carrid on. We waited over an HOUR in the heat for the owner to pick us up no apology explanation nothing. No toilets for the kids, we were told we are not allowed to walk anywhere as it was private property. This was a total waste of money! The instructor told us they have a private do and we should get back to the pick up point! I feel they didnt plan our trip and just wanted it to be over and done with so they can focus on their guests. I will never support this company again and want a Full refund!!!
