Don't use Hyperli

Pathetic service from Hyperli. Their vendor couldn't deliver on their deal but Hyperli refuses to refund my money. In addition, it's been over 2 months and I am unable to contact Hyperli because they do not give out their contact number. I've emailed numerous times for a full cash refund as per instruction from the vendor and I have requested Hyperli to call me back, yet it falls on deaf ears. Imagine, I drove out to the vendor at night and was turned away yet Hyperli refuses to refund my money when they couldn't deliver on services.
