Don't ever buy a phone via Hyperli

Good day Sir/ Madam

I bought an iphone 8 through Hypeli which I thought was a bargain and it was delivered on the 15th September.

First I was disappointed with the fact that there was no disclaimer that the phone was a second hand. I only realized when it arrived, that it was not in its original box.

As if it's not enough, a month down the line the phone started going off on its own even when the battery is sufficient and only turns back on when you put it on a charger only to confirm that the battery is still available.

I've sent an email to their customer care line on the 23rd of October and all i received was a reference number and a promise to call me back but to date (16/11/23) no feedback has been received with regards.

I need assistance to get my money back.

Hi Palesa,

We're sorry for the dissatisfaction you feel with your order. I've looked into this, and can confirm that the deal has indeed stipulated that this item is a CPO, which stands for Certified Pre-Owned. The CPO stipulation reflects in the deal title, which is present on the deal itself, as well as your order confirmation. I have also provided the link to the deal, below.

Regarding the query sent, please know that a response was sent on 24 October, providing you with further information. I will send a screenshot of the response sent, via email, which can also be used to communicate further.

Regards,

Hyperli.
