doesn't refund vouchers!

I Cancelled my voucher within minutes after buying same day. Now hyperli doesn't want to refund my cash instead they want to give me a gift voucher of the R1 300 I spent.. R1300 voucher!!? I want my money especially with covid 19 I'm unemployed now. I want my money Hyperli!!
