What a pathetic and useless excuse for a deals website. No contact number in order to speak to a person and that is so convenient for them because they just ignore the emails when it pertains to refunds or issues that customers are having.

Not to mention they partner with *********** service providers who also ***** half your money and then disappear. I am owed a refund and neither Hyperli or their partner will take responsibility and refund me even though they OWE me the money and have admitted this in emails. Suddenly they then just don’t bother responding to you because they don’t feel like helping. Pathetic customer service and I hope anyone who wants to purchase a deal through them sees this, unsubscribes from their emails/ deletes the app and never trusts them! Owed over R18k. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST
